Job summary

Focus Forward Counseling and Consulting is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) for an in-person, part-time role in Cumming, GA. Evenings until 7pm and/or weekend coverage are required, with up to 25 hours of availability.

You will provide individual, couples, and family therapy, maintain a consistent caseload, and complete documentation accurately within a collaborative clinical team. Preference for treating children age 5+, adolescents, and adults.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted GA license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC)
• Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Experience with evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Ability to provide therapy independently
• Experience in outpatient settings
• Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
• Preferred candidates will be able to see children (5+ years)

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and couples outpatient psychotherapy services
• Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 27 clients per week within 35 hours of availability
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings
• Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
