Responsibilities

• Monitor facility operations and security during assigned shifts, ensuring safety and compliance with YMCA policies.
• Maintain a visible presence, serving as the first point of contact for member and guest concerns.
• Build positive relationships with members, participants, staff, and volunteers to promote a welcoming environment.
• Provide support to YMCA staff and programs as needed.
• Serve as primary responder to incidents and security issues; complete incident reports.
• Assist with facility opening and closing procedures as assigned.
