Minti Cowork & Conference, an owned and operated coworking and event facility of In-Flight Crew Connections, seeks a dependable, hands-on Event & Facilities Support Coordinator in Mint Hill, NC. This part-time role emphasizes evenings and weekends, with under 30 hours weekly.

You’ll support day-to-day operations of coworking, conference, and event spaces—ensuring spaces are clean, organized, secure, and ready for tenants, guests, and events.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting events or coworking spaces.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Excellent customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support event setup and breakdown with tables, chairs, and A/V.
• Serve as on-site contact for evening and weekend events.
• Assist tenants with access, Wi‑Fi, TVs, and A/V questions.
• Reset conference rooms and common areas.
• Assist with minor maintenance and simple improvements.
• Prepare spaces for new tenants and after move-outs.
• Monitor supplies and keep building stocked.
• Troubleshoot basic Wi‑Fi, TV, or A/V issues.
• Conduct weekend tours for prospective tenants.
• Document issues and escalate when needed.
• Complete Sunday evening resets for Monday.
