Qualifications

• Experience in event support, hospitality, catering, or similar service role preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain a servers license (alcohol) if required by events.
• Availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces according to layouts and client specifications.
• Serve as on-site point of contact during events for clients, guests, and vendors.
• Coordinate with caterers, A/V technicians, bartending staff, facilities staff, and other vendors.
• Monitor event spaces for cleanliness, safety, and adherence to venue standards.
• Assist with post-event breakdown, inventory return, and room reset.
