What You’ll Do

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Foellinger Theatre's free and community-focused events, from family programs and neighborhood activities to public-use rentals. You'll help create seamless, engaging experiences for guests and partners while assisting with administrative and on‑site show‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and scheduling community events, public programs, and family‑friendly activities
  • Coordinate with community partners, local organizations, schools, and Parks staff
  • Prepare event materials, set up and tear down event spaces, and provide on‑site support
  • Track attendance, engagement, and maintain community programming calendars and records
  • Support Theatre Manager with communications, scheduling, and cross‑department coordination
What You Bring | Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED; related bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in event planning, community programs, arts, or recreation preferred
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced, public‑facing event environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Required Certifications
  • Valid Indiana Driver’s License
