Job summary

• Associate degree or certification or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year in event planning/coordination or venue operations.
• Experience with Momentus, DataCad, and Venus Control Suite preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee events at the Coliseum and Expo Center, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate with promoters, exhibitors, vendors, and staff on-site.
• Develop room diagrams and event info sheets in line with fire codes.
• Assist with event billing, space/equipment rentals, and services.
• Supervise staff during assigned events and act as Manager on Duty.
• Prepare post-event reports and contribute to rate sheet updates.
• Assist with digital signage and event advances as needed.
