You will handle AV setup, check in with clients, and coordinate with team to keep supplies stocked and operations seamless. A physically active role with flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• Able to move chairs and tables; physically demanding.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends.
• Presentable, honest, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up event space according to client preferences and ensure cleanliness.
• Arrange tables, chairs, and equipment as required.
• Check in with clients during events and handle needs.
• Set up Audio-Visual equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
