Qualifications

• Experience supervising customer service in hospitality.
• Experience in banquet or catering operations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive large vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Pass background check and US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Read event paperwork and prepare prior to events.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and coach FOH staff on service standards.
• Oversee front-of-house operations during events and ensure smooth service.
• Manage off-site event logistics including setup and breakdown.
• Ensure timelines are followed and contracted services delivered.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and uphold checklists.
• Own guest and client experience from start to finish.
• Collaborate with BOH and Bar leadership to support event execution.
• Submit post-event reports and feedback within 24 hours.
• Attend quarterly supervisor meetings and trainings.
