Arbor Associates in Wallingford, CT is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential team. You will support individuals to maintain independence and quality of life in a safe, person-centered environment.

Shift availability includes Sunday–Monday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Training consists of five daytime days, with three days in New Haven prior to starting the assigned schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support in a residential environment
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence
• Provide support with personal hygiene and hygiene-related care
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment
• Complete documentation and communicate effectively with team members
• Encourage engagement in daily routines and community participation
