Job summary

Arbor Associates in Wallingford, CT is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential team. You will support individuals to maintain independence and quality of life in a safe, person-centered environment.

Shift availability includes Sunday–Monday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Training consists of five daytime days, with three days in New Haven prior to starting the assigned schedule.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location: Wallingford, CT

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team supporting individuals in a residential setting in Wallingford, CT. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a safe, supportive environment while helping individuals maintain independence and quality of life. Due to the client’s personal care needs and privacy preferences, we are seeking a caregiver who can meet the requirements of this assignment. Female caregivers are encouraged to apply.
