Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is hiring for a direct support professional in Green Bay, WI. The role is an hourly, non-exempt position with a schedule of 7 on 7 off (3p-10p) and weekends (Sat-Sun 7a-7p) at $15/hr.

This role requires a valid driver's license and a clean MVR per Sevita policy. You'll support individuals in residential settings, assist with daily living, health maintenance, medication administration when assigned, and documentation of progress while following service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support within housing and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, socialization, transportation, and health maintenance.
• Document progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow program plans and Sevita policies.
