REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is hiring a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. The role involves evening hours Sunday and Saturday 4pm–10pm, with pay of $20.33 per hour.

You'll help with personal care, support goals, and participate in activities that promote independence. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; some care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and support those with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants participate in community activities and pursue goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition).
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Be a positive part of a mission-driven team and support participants' independence.
