Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking caring staff to provide direct support to individuals in residential settings. The role features hourly pay of $15.00 with a schedule of Mondays and Fridays from 2pm to 9pm, plus occasional weekend shifts.

A valid driver's license and clean MVR are required to meet Sevita insurability policies. You will help with personal care, health maintenance, socialization, and community integration, while documenting care and following individual service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support per individual service/program plans, including socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, skill/behavioral development.
• Assist with daily activities: Personal care, housekeeping, recreational activities, transportation, community integration, shopping, citizenship, and other activities of daily living.
• Accurately document progress and activity; review records and logs to stay abreast of changes in service plans; maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain confidentiality, respect the rights of persons served, and follow safety policies.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Six months of experience in human services

Must be 18 years of age

Working knowledge of computers
