Job summary

The American Cancer Society is seeking a part-time Concierge to be the first point of contact for guests, manage front desk operations, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment.

This limited part-time role primarily covers evenings, overnights, and weekends, with a pay rate of $19.50/hour plus shift differentials; flexible daytime hours are also welcome.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in nonprofit services or healthcare-adjacent services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures (30%).
• Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources (20%).
• Coordinate transportation and EMPOWER Program services and schedules (15%).
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies (15%).
• Maintain an organized front desk area and accurate guest records (10%).
• Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols (10%).
