Job summary

The American Cancer Society is seeking a part-time Concierge to be the first point of contact for guests, managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment. The role assists with guest check-in/out, inquiries, and coordinating transportation and security.

Pay rate is $20.48 per hour with a Thurs–Sat evening schedule (3:30pm–11:30pm). The position requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous hospitality/guest services experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out (30%).
• Provide information about lodge amenities and resources (20%).
• Coordinate transportation and EMPOWER Program services (15%).
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, emergencies (15%).
• Maintain front desk area and guest records (10%).
• Monitor lobby security and safety protocols (10%).
