Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls and enter information into a database.
• Build positive relationships with residents and staff, ensuring questions and requests are handled appropriately.
• Escort outside contractors inside residence halls as needed.
• Attend staff meetings on a regular basis.
• Coach and train student staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Work Control Manager.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
