• Verify incoming/outgoing shipments, manage stock, and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, train staff, and provide guidance and performance evaluations.
• Review processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency, production methods, equipment performance, and safety.
• Provide leadership by setting clear expectations and coordinating with shift supervisors and the warehouse manager.
• Keep records and prepare required paperwork.
