Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound and outbound activities. You will follow SOPs to process orders, operate RF scanners, and move items with PIT and forklifts while maintaining safety and accuracy.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and flexibility to work evenings. Training provided on day one. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to OSHA and company policies, and participation in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• Previous material handling equipment experience (PIT) preferred.
• RF scanner/voice-pick experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to work additional hours and holidays with little notice.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, quality check, sort, consolidate, palletize, pack, load and prep for shipment.
• Pick large or small items using appropriate equipment.
• Cross-train in multiple areas and participate in projects.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and inventory controls.
• Communicate concerns to management and participate in associate meetings.
