Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate II to support inbound or outbound activities within a fast-paced distribution environment. You will follow SOPs to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, with opportunities to cross-train in multiple areas.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and comfort with heights. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with RF scanner/voice-picking experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• Previous material handling equipment experience (Cherry Picker) preferred.
• RF scanner/voice picking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs to process orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, loading, and preparing shipments.
• Pick large case items with equipment or small items onto designated cart.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use Warehouse Management System to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed (order picker, forklift, etc.).
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Communicate concerns in associate meetings and follow safety regulations.
