Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound or outbound operations. The role involves following SOPs to accurately pick, QC checks, sort, palletize, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

You will operate material handling equipment, use WMS for inbound/outbound activities, and collaborate with a supervisor to meet safety and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shift.
• RF scanner or voice-pick experience preferred.
• Willingness to overtime with short notice.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: picking, QC, sorting, palletizing, packing, loading, shipment prep.
• Pick large items with equipment or small items to designated cart.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas as needed.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
