Cardinal Health, Inc. is hiring for an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops in Overland Park, KS. The role supports outbound activities and inbound receipt, ensures quality and safety standards, and handles pallet building, packing, and shipping tasks.

The position requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, and work overtime as needed. Training is provided, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• Previous material handling equipment experience (PIT) preferred.
• RF scanner and/or voice-pick experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment and rotate into various areas of the warehouse.
• Basic proficiency in English, including the ability to read and write in English required.

Responsabilités

• Follow established SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, consolidating, packing, loading, and shipment preparation.
• Follow direction and adapt priorities while working independently or in a team.
• Pick large case items with equipment or small unit items on designated carts.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Drive material handling equipment as required by job duty (e.g., order picker, forklift, reach truck).
• Complete housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Work on routine assignments with supervisor oversight; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate concerns to management.
• Adhere to site safety regulations including PPE requirements and EHS policies.
