Cardinal Health in Minnesota is hiring for an Associate II, Warehouse Ops to support outbound and inbound activities. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long shifts, and working with RF scanners and various material handling equipment. Overtime may be required with short notice.

As part of Warehouse Operations, you will follow SOPs, pick and pack orders, and help ensure accurate, timely shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• RF scanner or voice-pick experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Basic proficiency in English (read/write).

Responsabilités

• Follow SOPs to process orders, including picking, quality checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets.
• Pack, load and prepare orders for shipment.
• Read directions and adapt priorities with team or supervisor.
• Cross-train in multiple areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (order picker, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and report safety concerns.
