Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Ops Associate II in Leawood, KS, for outbound/inbound support. You will assist with order picking, packing and shipping, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, basic English reading/writing, and familiarity with material handling equipment. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and pays hourly based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, building pallets and packing.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and participate in team meetings.
