Job summary

CEVA Logistics is hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead (Outbound) in Plainfield, IN. You will lead a team in a busy outbound warehouse, assigning tasks, overseeing loading/unloading, and ensuring safety and accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a warehouse/distribution environment; 1–2 years preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Able to frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs; able to climb ladders; good vision; basic math.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and assign daily work; promote safe practices; monitor quality and post performance metrics.
• Oversee loading and unloading of products.
• Organize materials from receiving to storage or other areas.
• Coordinate receipt, storage and distribution within the area.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging and packing of goods.
