Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to provide frontline leadership for daily distribution center activities, driving safety, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy. This hands-on role coordinates labor and product flow, monitors performance, and maintains an organized, high-performing work environment.

You will train and support team members, partner with Warehouse Supervisors, and ensure adherence to SOPs, 5S, and cycle counts, while enabling continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or related environment.
• Experience with receiving, processing, sortation, inventory movement, packing, and shipping.
• Experience monitoring productivity and quality metrics.
• Ability to coach, set expectations, and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support Associates to meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service goals.
• Communicate shift priorities, assignments, and operational updates.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, and inventory accuracy; provide feedback.
• Coordinate staffing and workflow across key warehouse processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve issues in safety, quality, or process areas.
• Ensure SOPs and 5S housekeeping standards are followed.
• Support onboarding, training, and cross-training of team members.
• Partner with Supervisors to address performance gaps and reinforce teamwork.
• Maintain audit-ready work areas and support cycle counts and inventory control.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and capacity.
