The PM ValetLead is responsible for providing leadership and support to the valet teamduring the evening shift. This position helps ensure smooth valet and shuttleoperations, exceptional guest service, and effective communication between thevalet team and Front Office leadership. The PM Valet Lead serves as a key pointof contact for the evening operation and reports operational needs, concerns,and issues to the Director of Front Office.
In addition toperformance of the essential functions, this position may be required toperform a combination of the following supportive functions, with thepercentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by theTransportation Manager based upon the requirements of the company.
Positiondirectly reports to (titles):
Walking,climbing stairs, Crouching/Bending/Stooping, Pushing/Pulling, Lifting/Carrying(20 lbs.) will be required for this role.
This positionrequires regular, reliable, and punctual attendance. The PM Valet Lead isexpected to usually keep a 5-day-a-week schedule but adjust as needed accordingto business needs; for example, a 6-day week may be required during peakbusiness periods. A work week of up to 50 hours per week can be expected.However, it can be more or less, depending on business needs. Working evenings,weekends, and holidays may be required. Holidays and PTO are in accordance withthe AH Exempt Employee policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.Typically, PTO will not be permitted during June 15 - September 15 and December15 – January 5.
Standing,bending, stooping, and lifting weights up to and including 50 lbs. may berequired. The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-fourhours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business, and a hospitableservice atmosphere must be always projected.
