Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate for an overnight shift (11:00pm–7:00am) to deliver exceptional hospitality. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with luggage and directions, and handle payments and tickets with accuracy.

The role emphasizes friendly service, safe operations, and efficient guest support. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, and basic English literacy are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for your state.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English; basic math and time-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests within five feet using last names where appropriate.
• Assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist guests as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets and keys.
