Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality, parking and luggage assistance with a friendly, attentive demeanor. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, help with luggage, provide directions, and ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences at the location.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and basic English literacy. Training includes Towne Park etiquette, safety, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in small groups.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic using dollars and cents.
• Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems.
• Ability to understand parking rates and retrieval procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner.
• Use Towne Park phone etiquette and greet guests by last name when possible.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests and provide directions and information.
• Shuttle guests to approved locations and assist with inquiries.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests on arrival.
• Process tickets, key tags and claim checks accurately and collect payments when applicable.
• Maintain accurate records in the valet system of vehicles and guest interactions.
