Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate at our Miami location to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

You'll greet guests, manage keys and tickets, explain parking rates, and provide directions and information about local amenities. The role offers open AM/PM shifts, a base hourly pay of $14 plus $5–$10 in tips, and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• English language literacy and basic math skills.

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and issue/collect claims as required.
• Maintain accurate ticketing and guest folio records.
