You will use MS Excel and transportation software to generate reports, schedule pickups, and maintain records. The position runs Monday–Friday, 12:00 pm–8:30 pm, with starting pay of $22 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of warehouse administrative/clerical experience.
• Proven communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Support transportation and logistics; assist backhauls.
• Answer calls and resolve driver/sales/customer issues.
• Create/update reports and files using Excel and transportation software.
• Assist in scheduling pickups and backhaul logistics.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and records.
