Job summary

Quince is hiring a Learning and Quality Specialist to support the Learning & Development team. You will drive training effectiveness, audit compliance, onboarding, and cross-training initiatives across PM shifts, partnering with supervisors to track progress and improve our training ecosystem.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a solutions-first mindset are essential. You will own onboarding for PM shift new hires and report to leadership with dashboards and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in training, facilitation, quality assurance, or learning & development; warehouse/operations preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit trainer delivery for SOP adherence and materials usage.
• Provide coaching to improve trainer effectiveness and engagement.
• Lead onboarding sessions for PM shift new hires and ensure consistent delivery.
