Job summary

Stanley Engineered Fastening LLC is seeking a Toolsetter/Oper Cold Heading on 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) in Kentucky. The role includes maintaining tool crib inventory, ordering tooling, auditing tools, and supporting Lean and 6S initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical experience may be beneficial for tooling roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Tool Crib inventory and records.
• Notify necessary people when tooling needs to be reordered.
• Audit tooling and inspect tools for wear or damage.
• Check dimensions and print notes for tool accuracy.
• Lead CribMaster activities: restock, user management, and data monitoring.
• Track tool life and durability; identify and implement cost-saving measures.
• Support 6S/Lean initiatives and safety practices in daily operations.
