Stanley Engineered Fastening LLC in Hopkinsville, KY is seeking an Operator/Adjuster/Inspector for the Cold Heading/New Process on the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm). The role focuses on operating machines, inspecting parts to spec, and maintaining quality and safety in a lean manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent and mechanical experience, with readiness to work overtime and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical experience.
• Ability to work overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate all machines and auxiliary equipment in applicable departments.
• Diagnose and remedy minor machine problems.
• Report operating difficulties to the Tool setter and assist as required.
• Responsible for quality of production including inspection and separating unacceptable work from acceptable work.
• Visually and dimensionally inspect product and components using gauges and inspection equipment.
• Responsible for meeting/exceeding set production levels.
• Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of machinery.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance tasks on assigned equipment.
• Move product, components and raw material as needed using safe working practices.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Keep production records and perform other job responsibilities.
• Must be able to work overtime if needed.
