Job summary

STANLEY® Engineered Fastening in Hopkinsville, KY is seeking a Toolsetter/Operator for IMEX Extrusion on 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm). The role involves setting up, operating and adjusting tooling to produce aluminum and steel components while supporting Lean initiatives.

You will read drawings, verify dimensions with gauges, maintain safe working practices, and contribute to quality, efficiency and continuous improvement efforts in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical experience in manufacturing or metalworking.
• Ability to read drawings and use basic measurement tools.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and adjust cold forming and supplementary machinery to produce aluminum and steel products.
• Diagnose and remedy operating and tooling issues.
• Check materials and ensure quality with micrometers and gauges.
• Follow safety practices and maintain a clean work area.
• Work from drawings and specifications.
