Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
• State licensed; if Doctorate, must apply for Psychologist license upon hire.
• CPR & First Aid Certified.
• CPI Certified.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Driver Safety Training.
• Minimum of two years experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Experience with Trauma, Chemical Dependency, Eating Disorders in managed care is a plus; family therapy/EMDR/trauma specialization desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess and facilitate care for assigned patients and participate in treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, group, and specialized psychotherapy as assigned.
• Promote therapeutic milieu and daily program schedule; provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Coordinate discharge planning and maintain treatment documentation.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and collaborate with the treatment team.
