Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's in Behavioral Health or related field required.
• State licensure required; psychology PhD may lead to psychologist license upon hire.
• CPR & First Aid certification.
• CPI certification.
• Valid driver’s license and driver safety training.
• Minimum two years in behavioral health; trauma/ED experiences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate care for assigned patients and develop care plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy; share clinical information with the team.
• Promote therapeutic milieu and participate in program schedule and discharge planning.
• Document activities in medical records and seek clinical supervision as needed.
• Provide on-call coverage as requested and respond professionally to patient/family needs.
