Job summary

Pacific Science Center is seeking an Evening Theaters Host to deliver outstanding guest service for theater spaces, including box office, concessions, and ushering at PACCAR, Boeing IMAX Theaters and the Laser Dome. You will welcome guests, validate tickets, and provide recommendations based on group size, ages, and interests.

This role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and accurate POS transactions. The position requires 2 of 3 evenings including weekends, flexible scheduling, and 21+ with

Qualifications

• Must be available 2 out of 3 evenings Fri/Sat/Sun, with preference for all 3 evenings.
• Must work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Previous cash-handling experience.
• Food Handler’s permit (must obtain within 14 days of employment).
• MAST card (must obtain within 14 days of employment).
• Must be 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest experience at theater box office, concessions and theater locations.
• Process IMAX and Laser ticket and concession sales per procedures.
• Assist projectionists, supervisors and managers and communicate issues to other departments.
• Track PSC assets and assist in securing equipment and stock integrity.
• Promote hygiene and safety, ensure concessions areas remain clean and compliant.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
