Job summary

Emagine Entertainment Inc. is looking for a Team Member to help deliver a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient guest experience across concessions, auditorium, and facility areas. You will assist with guest service, product promotion, and maintaining clean, welcoming theaters.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate guests about concession items, movies, rating systems, and theater directions so guests feel welcomed and well informed about the products.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure guests enjoy their Emagine experience.
• Identify and recommend additional concession and seating options to enhance the overall movie entertainment experience.
• Promote our rewards program to every guest to enhance their Emagine experience.
• Accurately process and disburse cash and credit card transactions to ensure a quick and efficient payment processing experience.
• Monitor theater environment and enforce Emagine's Code of Conduct so guests enjoy a relaxing, safe and enjoyable entertainment experience.
• Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality to ensure guests are served quality products that enhance their Emagine experience.
• Utilize and maintain kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens and fryers while following proper safety measures.
• Monitor and maintain restrooms, lobby, and theatres to ensure a comfortable and clean experience for all patrons.
• Other duties as assigned.
