Job summary

IMAX at the Center in Seattle seeks a friendly, efficient guest services professional to deliver outstanding experiences across beverages, food, and merchandise. You will uphold our service standards and ensure every guest leaves satisfied, while maintaining knowledge of the menu and policies.

Responsibilities include operating Micros POS, accurate item presentation, and teamwork to support a fast-paced environment. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and an 8-hour shift as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months Food & Beverage experience in a high-volume environment.
• Valid WA Alcohol Service Permit (Class 12/13) and WA Food Handler’s Permit.
• Must remain professional and work well with others.
• Able to walk, stand, reach and lift up to 50 pounds; 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit full knowledge of beverage, food and merchandise items.
• Operate Micros POS and use item abbreviations to speed service.
• Ensure beverages and food are prepared and served to standard.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences and service recovery when needed.
• Complete opening/closing duties and maintain cleanliness throughout shift.
