Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a Test Operator to join our production team in Arizona. You will run tests on RF components, document test data, and maintain logs while coordinating with Test Engineering to fix defects promptly. The role requires a security clearance and availability for overtime, including Saturdays.

The position emphasizes data entry in Excel-based sheets, strict quality standards, and contributing to shipping-ready test results in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• 1 year or less experience in electronics testing.
• Must be able to obtain a security Clearance.
• Must work overtime as needed and weekends (Saturday).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to understand and speak English.
• Basic MS Office Suite Skills.

Responsibilities

• Entering data (manual key entry) into an Excel-based test data sheet.
• Maintaining a daily log of completed and in-queue items.
• Testing RF components using lab equipment that has been configured by Test Engineering
• Performing tests on products where training has been completed
• Compiling accurate and detailed test data
• Documenting tested hardware and prepares test data for shipment.
• Instilling high-quality standards on all products processed to shipping.
• Operating automatic and semi-automatic test stations.
• Performing mechanical assembly when needed.
• Notifying Test Engineering and Quality of equipment that is within 30 days of calibration.
• Other duties as assigned
