Job summary

Mercury Systems in Phoenix is seeking a Test Operator to perform functional testing at the component level, troubleshoot test equipment, and identify real vs false failures in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.

Typical shift is 1:30pm–11:00pm. You will set up DC power supplies and bench testers, analyze pass/fail data, and collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to meet production and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Typically requires one year of experience or less.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling micro devices.
• Proficient in general computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and non-routine testing on components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Set up and operate test equipment such as DC power supplies and bench testers.
• Interpret and analyze pass/fail data accurately.
• Troubleshoot and maintain test equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end manufacturing teams to meet production and quality standards.
