Job summary

Invited is seeking a Tennis Shop Attendant to enhance the tennis experience for members and guests. You will handle transactions, check in players, answer questions, and support merchandising and inventory in the pro shop.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in a customer-facing role, are familiar with tennis gear, and can operate point‑of‑sale systems. Join a dynamic club team focused on service and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sports.
• Familiarity with tennis equipment, apparel, and accessories is desirable.
• Experience in sales or retail operations including merchandising, inventory management, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and friendly customer service at the pro shop and process transactions accurately.
• Check in tennis players prior to play and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Respond to inquiries about lessons, court reservations, and products with a courteous attitude.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory controls, and storage/display organization.
• Perform closing procedures and ensure cleanliness and order in the shop.
• Maintain accurate tennis member information and support club operations.
