Job summary

Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is seeking licensed or license-eligible therapists to join our outpatient telehealth team serving Virginia. This 100% remote role requires evening and weekend availability and offers steady referrals, clinical support, and competitive hourly rates.

You will conduct individual or family therapy, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, document in the EHR, and maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients while collaborating with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSATP, Resident, or Supervisee).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace.
• Dependable and able to commit to scheduled evening/weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or family therapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
• Complete timely and accurate documentation within the EHR
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams as needed
• Maintain a minimum active caseload of 15 clients
• Offer availability during evening and/or weekend hours
