University Health & Rehabilitation Center in Durham, NC is seeking an RN Night Supervisor to lead the nursing team on the 11 PM to 7 AM shift, Monday through Friday. You will oversee resident care plans, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to care protocols to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, organization, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to continuously improve patient care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina (unencumbered).
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed.
• Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
• Assist in training and orientation of new employees.
• Handle emergencies or issues during shifts following established protocols.
• Perform other duties to provide exceptional care to residents.
