JOIN TEAM TRILOGY

Summary

The Evening Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Director and Assistant Director of Health Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the evening functions of the Nursing Department(s). This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, maintaining the highest quality of care at all times.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday Evening Shift
• 1pm-9:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, or 3pm-11:30pm
• Clinical Leadership on-call rotation as required

Payment

Evening Supervisors are eligible for additional shift and weekend pay differentials.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing service department in accordance with regulations.
• Report and recommend operational improvements to ADHS/DHS.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Manage reportables with supervision from ED/DHS.
• Complete nursing admission assessments and baseline care plans for new admissions.
• Complete MDS section GG Functional assessment within required timeframe.
• Ensure accurate daily skilled documentation.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
• Supervise and oversee resident care according to assessed needs and care plans.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and following instructions in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Effective communication skills with personnel, residents, families, and others.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws/regulations.

Licenses/Certifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
