JOIN TEAM TRILOGY

Summary

The Evening Supervisor is primarily responsible for assisting the Director of Health Services and Assistant Director of Health Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the evening functions of the Nursing Department(s). This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, while maintaining the highest quality of care at all times.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday Evening Shift
• 1pm-9:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, or 3pm-11:30pm
• Clinical Leadership on-call rotation as required

Payment

Evening Supervisors are eligible for additional shift and weekend pay differential.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing service department and its programs in accordance with regulations.
• Report and recommend operational insights to ADHS/DHS.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Manage reportables with supervision from ED/DHS.
• Complete nursing admission assessments and baseline care planning for new admissions.
• Conduct MDS section GG Functional assessments within required timeframes.
• Ensure accurate daily skilled documentation.
• Perform administrative duties including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
• Supervise and oversee resident care according to individual plans.

Licenses/Certifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
