PNLH — Personalized Nursing LIGHT House in Plymouth, MI — is seeking a SUD Therapist for evening or full-time shifts. You will deliver individual and group therapies to adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders, guided by the LIGHT model to support sustainable recovery.

The role requires a Master’s degree with appropriate licensure and at least two years of related experience; CADC/CAADC/MCBAP development plan options are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, etc.)
• CADC, CAADC, or MCBAP Development Plan (support provided to obtain plan if not currently held)
• Minimum two years of experience in substance use disorder counseling

Responsabilités

• Provide weekly individual therapy for assigned clients
• Facilitate therapeutic groups weekly on PNLH-selected topics
• Use the LIGHT model in assessment, education, and counseling
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and respond to client needs
• Monitor service utilization and coordinate care with internal and external providers
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with authorization and billing requirements
• Maintain client confidentiality and participate in case conferences
• Other duties as assigned
