Personal Nursing LIGHT House (PNLH) is hiring a Primary Therapist for a Saturday-only, part-time role in Canton, MI. You will deliver individual and group therapy to adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, applying the LIGHT model to support recovery.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and licensure with experience in trauma-informed care. The role includes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and maintaining compliant records, in a structured

Qualifications

Master’s degree and professional licensure in a relevant field.
Minimum two years of experience in substance use or behavioral health counseling preferred.
Trauma-informed care training preferred.

Responsabilités

Provide weekly individual therapy for adult clients with SUD and co-occurring disorders.
Facilitate weekly group therapy on selected topics.
Use the LIGHT model to guide assessment, education, and counseling.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and external providers.
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure billing compliance.
Protect client confidentiality and participate in case conferences.
Other duties as assigned.
