Samaritas in Warren, MI is seeking a Masters Clinician specializing in Substance Use Disorder to provide person-centered clinical services for individuals and families navigating addiction and mental health challenges. The role combines therapy, care coordination and community engagement to support recovery and long-term wellbeing.

The position welcomes both fully licensed and limited licensed clinicians, with flexible weekday hours for limited license candidates.

Formación

• Masters degree in social work, counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Fully licensed clinicians preferred.
• Limited license candidates will be considered for weekday hours.
• Minimum one year of SUD counseling experience preferred.
• Two years of clinical experience working with substance use populations preferred.
• Experience working in a team based or interdisciplinary environment preferred.
• Familiarity with SUD documentation standards preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop individualized person centered treatment plans including family involvement when appropriate.
• Provide individual and family therapy as well as case management support.
• Coordinate care with families and external stakeholders such as schools, probation, medical providers and community partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation including service plans, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Monitor treatment quality and assess effectiveness in achieving client goals.
• Conduct community outreach, networking and marketing to build referral sources and partnerships.
• Represent Samaritas mission and values with professionalism and integrity.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision and organizational trainings.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
