Job summary

Recovery at the Crossroads, LLC is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our trauma-informed team. This full-time role offers day and evening hours with a collaborative, supportive environment and clinical supervision included.

The therapist will provide individual, group, and family sessions, applying ASAM and NJ licensure standards while coordinating with the Clinical Director for professional growth. In-person work in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• Licensed as NJ LSW/LCSW/LAC or LPC.
• Minimum of 3 years direct services in co-occurring treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide sessions and psychoeducational lectures while following Joint Commission standards and NJ licensure criteria.
• Conduct individual sessions, process groups, family sessions and lectures.
• Apply ASAM criteria and NJSAMS in treatment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director for clinical growth and supervision.
